Original Association in 1981. Finished 2nd to Geelong in the first year. Colac has won the Overall three times – twice at home in 1993 and 2003 and also in Bendigo in 1997. The men have been successful six times – 1984, 1985, 1994, 1997, 2003 & 2009. The ladies are yet to win.

Original Association in 1981. The biggest Association and one of the most successful. Ten wins in the Overall – including the first event in 1981. Ten wins in the Men’s division and five wins in the women’s division. Two clean sweeps of all trophies – 2000 and 2005

Original Association in 1981. Three wins in the Overall, three wins in the Men’s division and also three wins in Women’s division. Their wins include a clean sweep of all trophies at home in 2004.

TOTAL BOWLERS USED

Original Association in 1981. Have dominated the women’s division with Fifteen wins including five in six years between 1982 and 1987. Have won the Overall eight times. The Men first won in 1982 and have since won twice in 2008 & 2010. (they also tied for first in 2002 but lost the playoff)

SUNRAYSIA (MILDURA)

TOTAL BOWLERS USED

10th Association joined in 1985. Played as Mildura from 1985-1994 before changing to Sunraysia in 1995. Won both Men’s + Overall Divisions in 1990 and Women’s and Overall in 2010. Men won in 2011 for the second time.

The ladies team also tied with Geelong in 2005 but lost the playoff 4/3.

Bowled in combination with Albury until 1999 and bowled as Ovens & Murray from 2000-2008. Have not won any divisions yet – best finish was an eighth overall in 2003 when the men finished seventh.

Only competed in three Country Cups. The men played in 2001 – 2003 while the Women only competed in 2001 & 2002. They have a best finish of seventh in the Overall in their first year when the women finished sixth.

9th Association joined in 1983. Initially played as Sale from 1983 until 1996 and then changed to Central Gippsland from 1997 until their last year 2001. Had a very strong team in the early years and the Men had their only win at home in 1987. The women won in Geelong in 1995

TOTAL BOWLERS USED

Joined in 2001 after the demise of the original Sale association. Best finish was seventh in the overall and fifth in the women’s division in 2004 at Morwell. Bowled final year in Ballarat in 2008. May be back?
