History
The Colac Cup was first held in 1980 and was won by a local - David Whitham. It was contested for the next 12 years by bowlers in the now defunct A.T.B.A with various formats (singles and doubles). It was relocated in 1993 to Warrnambool and became the Warrnambool Cup until 2007. 2007 was the 25th consecutive year of sponsorship by Neville Vagg. No event was held in 2008 and it returned to Colac on October 31st and November 1st 2009 with a field of 56 bowlers.
